In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it's your right to return or exchange your order. To do this please notify us as soon as possible either by email or telephone us on +44 (0)7798 604 328.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items when they are in your possession, because they cannot be exchanged if they have been worn or damaged by you. We do want you to be completely happy with your jewellery and will refund you the price you paid if the item is not suitable.
If an exchange is required your order will need to be refunded and a new order placed.We will be happy to help you with this. Alternatively you can return your items in person to our studio at: Studio 15, Craft Central, 21 Clerkenwell Green, London, EC1R 0DX.
If the items are being returned by post, please include the paperwork and packaging and send it back to: Returns Department at the above mentioned address.
We recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service for security purposes. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent back and lost in transit.
Except when an Item is defective, damaged or sent in error by us, it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the item back to us. Refunds will be promptly paid after the items have been received back and we will refund the credit card used to make the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Goods
